Conventional Gas Fire

Conventional flue gas fires rely on the natural circulation of air in your room and must always be connected to a chimney in order to function safely! It works by drawing the air from surrounding areas and combine with draught air to bring you an efficient gas fire. Please note, ventilation points are needed at the front of the fire to help capture the airflow. Ventilation openings are also required on the outside facing walls of the room to ensure comfort and safety.

Manual Control

This fire comes with a manual control. This is the cheapest form of control and is found on most entry level fires. Not ideal for elderly or infirm users who have difficulty kneeling down to operate it. But an economical choice for those on a tight budget.

Black finish

When you think of a traditional fire design you think of it being black. It’s by far the most popular colour choice and it’s great for concealing a multitude of sins when it comes to dirt. These fires are finished in an extremely hard-wearing, heat-resistant paint that’ll stay looking great not matter what you throw at it.

Quality Tested

All Valor gas and electric fires are quality tested to rigorous standards. All gas fires come complete with a flame safety device 'OxySafe' that cuts off the gas in the unlikely event that the pilot light becomes extinguished and a wealth of other safety features.
