Angled Towel Radiator Valves

If the pipework feeding your towel rail comes horizontally out of the wall rather than up through the floor, you need angled valves, they turn that horizontal pipe through 90 degrees to meet the vertical inlet on the rail. Angled valves are the standard solution for wall outlets and ensure a neat, leak-free connection. If your pipes come out from the wall behind the rail, an angled 15mm valve will line up the flow to the rail inlet.

Thermostatic valves let you control the rail temperature automatically and are ideal if you want consistent warmth without fiddling; there are several thermostatic packs in the range. If you want energy control in a bathroom used at different times, a thermostatic valve is the better choice.

A lockshield sits on the return pipe to balance flow through the rail, which is important on two-pipe installations or when you have multiple radiators on the same circuit. If your chosen pack lacks a lockshield you'll need to add one to properly balance the system.
