I received my order in December, however when it was unpacked we noticed that there was some damage to the front. Ordered this item to cover an unsightly radiator but when it arrived there was a scratch to the top panel. I sent a photo of the scratch as requested and a full replacement radiator cover was sent out so I was really impressed with the customer service experience. The old one I modified by cutting off the drawer section to reduce the height and fitted to an upstairs radiator where the damaged panel isnt as noticeable.
Really pleased with the cover.
