Bought the valve as it matches the hex radiator I bought but the valve connectors do not work the way it's described. It seems impossible to get a connection that doesn't leak. The split olive will never seal and threads leak the plumber had to ditch all the supplied connectors and work out a solution himself. This is probably due to the fact these are polish valves and seem to come with Italian style fittings so not suitable for the UK. The manufacturer also provides no guidance after sales support is terrible. Also the copper powder coating is so bad, it literally came off when I was tightening with my hand (not a spanner). If you need to tighten these properly I don't know what you can do as a cloth round the spanner will do nothing

We had just bought this and the plumber cannot understand why there are split rings. It just bubbles out no matter how tight you get it even with PTFE tape. Currently stumped.
