What’s Included

• 1 x K Rad Kompact Type 22 900 x 500mm Radiator
• Pre-fitted top grille and side panels
• Heavy-duty L-shaped wall brackets
• Air vent, blanking plugs, screws, and screw caps

The K Rad Kompact Type 22 is built for rooms that need plenty of heat. It has two panels with a convector attached to each one, increasing the surface area that transfers warmth into the room. This makes it a useful choice for larger spaces, while keeping a relatively slim profile for its heat output.

If you’re comparing panel radiators for your heating system, double panel radiators – Type 22 (two internal convectors) offer more heating surface than single-panel models. The 900 x 500mm size gives you a substantial radiator without taking up as much wall length as a wider model.

Powerful Type 22 Heating

The K Rad Kompact uses two steel panels and two internal convectors to create a large heated surface area. This Type 22 configuration produces a higher heat output than simpler panel radiators, making it a practical choice where effective room heating is the priority.

Neat, Factory-Finished Design

Factory-fitted side panels and a top grille conceal the internal convectors, giving the radiator a clean, complete appearance. These covers are designed to improve the finish without preventing warm air from circulating through the unit.

Its simple white design coordinates easily with a wide range of interiors, whether it’s being installed as part of a new heating system or replacing an older radiator.

Installation Hardware Included

Heavy-duty L-shaped brackets allow the radiator to be mounted securely to a suitable wall. An air vent, blind plug, screws, and screw caps are also included, providing the essential fittings needed for installation.

Standard G1/2-inch threaded connections suit common UK plumbing systems. Radiator valves must be selected separately to match the pipe position and preferred finish.

The radiator conforms to BS EN 442, the recognised European standard covering radiator testing and performance.
