Powerful Type 22 Heating
The K Rad Kompact Type 22 radiator combines two heating panels with two internal convectors. Each convector is attached to a panel, creating a large surface area that helps transfer more heat into the room.
These double panel radiators project further from the wall than single-panel models, but the additional panel and convector provide significantly greater heating performance. With its 750 x 1400mm dimensions, this model is particularly well suited to larger rooms and spaces with higher heat requirements.
Neat, Complete Appearance
Factory-fitted side panels and a top grille conceal the internal convectors and fittings, giving the radiator a cleaner, more complete appearance. These components are designed to allow warm air to continue circulating freely.
The straightforward exterior makes the radiator suitable for a wide range of contemporary and traditional interiors.
Straightforward Wall Installation
Heavy-duty L-shaped brackets are included for secure wall mounting. Holders are pre-fitted to the back of the radiator so it can be positioned on the installed brackets.
An air vent, blind plug, screws, and screw caps are also supplied. Due to the size and weight of this radiator, the wall and chosen fixings must be suitable for supporting it. Installation should be completed by a competent heating professional.
Standard UK Connections
The radiator has standard G1/2-inch connection threads for compatibility with common UK central heating systems. Suitable radiator valves should be selected according to the direction of the existing pipework.
This model also conforms to BS EN 442, the recognised European standard covering the testing and stated performance of radiators.

What does Delta 30 and Delta 50 relate to?
When comparing outputs industry standard is Delta 50, however, (Delta 30): Assumes a 30°C difference between the average radiator temperature and the room air temperature. (Delta 50): Assumes a 50°C difference between the average radiator temperature and the room air temperature. This was the first time I ordered a radiator online and wouldn't you know it. It had been damaged in transport and so I called it in.
The service was excellent and in no time another one was ordered.
A shout out to the customer service, in my case manned by Hamza Kahn.
He was kind, professional and communications were quickly answered.
Although I didn't yet get the chance to install or try the radiator until the new one arrives, I can already see that it's good quality. If there's one remark I would make, it's that it would benefit the installers if the bleeding nipple would have come with the radiator. That way I wouldn't have to go out to buy one separately.
I will certainly buy here again.
