Powerful Type 22 Heating
This K Rad Kompact is one of the double panel radiators in the Type 22 range, with two internal convectors positioned between two water-filled panels. Each convector is attached to a panel, creating a large surface area from which heat can pass into the room.
This configuration gives Type 22 panel radiators a considerably higher heat output than slimmer single-panel models, making them particularly useful for larger rooms or spaces with greater heating requirements.
Neat, Finished Appearance
Unlike basic panel radiators with exposed internal components, this model includes factory-fitted side panels and a top grille. These create a cleaner finish without preventing warm air from circulating through the radiator.
The simple design works with a wide variety of interiors, making it a practical replacement for an older radiator or a dependable choice for a newly installed central heating system.
Straightforward Installation
Heavy-duty L-shaped brackets allow the radiator to be securely mounted to a suitable wall. The supplied air vent, blind plug, screws, and screw caps provide the essential fittings needed for installation.
Standard G1/2-inch threaded connections make the radiator compatible with common UK plumbing systems. Suitable radiator valves will need to be selected separately to match the position of your pipework.
Tested to BS EN 442
The radiator conforms to BS EN 442, the recognised European standard covering the performance and testing of radiators. It is also supplied with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects for added reassurance.

This was the first time I ordered a radiator online and wouldn't you know it. It had been damaged in transport and so I called it in.
The service was excellent and in no time another one was ordered.
A shout out to the customer service, in my case manned by Hamza Kahn.
He was kind, professional and communications were quickly answered.
Although I didn't yet get the chance to install or try the radiator until the new one arrives, I can already see that it's good quality. If there's one remark I would make, it's that it would benefit the installers if the bleeding nipple would have come with the radiator. That way I wouldn't have to go out to buy one separately.
I will certainly buy here again.
