What’s Included
K Rad Kompact Type 22 radiator
Pre-fitted top grille and side panels
Wall-mounting brackets
Air vent, blanking plug, screws, and screw caps
Double Panels for More Heat
A Type 22 radiator has two panels and two sets of convectors between them. This gives the K Rad Kompact more surface area to release heat than a single-panel radiator, making it a useful choice for a larger room or one that needs a higher heat output.
The double-panel construction does mean it projects further from the wall than a slimmer radiator. Check the space around furniture and walkways when planning where to fit it.
A Finished Look Straight from the Box
The top grille and side panels come pre-fitted, covering the convectors for a tidy appearance. Heavy-duty L-shaped brackets are supplied for wall mounting, along with an air vent, blanking plug, and fixing screws.
Standard G1/2-inch connections make the radiator suitable for fitting to compatible UK central heating pipework. Radiator valves are not listed among the included parts, so check whether you need to order those separately.
Made to Recognised Standards
The K Rad Kompact conforms to BS EN 442, the recognised standard used to assess radiators. It also comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warm Up a Larger Room
Choose the K Rad Kompact Type 22 when you need the heating surface of a double panel, double convector radiator with a neat, ready-fitted finish.

K Rad Kompact Type 22 600 x 1500mm Radiator - Double Panel Double Convector – Technical Specifications
This was the first time I ordered a radiator online and wouldn't you know it. It had been damaged in transport and so I called it in.
The service was excellent and in no time another one was ordered.
A shout out to the customer service, in my case manned by Hamza Kahn.
He was kind, professional and communications were quickly answered.
Although I didn't yet get the chance to install or try the radiator until the new one arrives, I can already see that it's good quality. If there's one remark I would make, it's that it would benefit the installers if the bleeding nipple would have come with the radiator. That way I wouldn't have to go out to buy one separately.
I will certainly buy here again.

The large double panel is a quality product purchased at a very reasonable price - and performs as expected.
The delivery was held up for reasons beyond the control of the couriers but I was advised of the problem in advance. Good communication.

Quite a bit cheaper than the well known brands, looks just as good, and pretty much the same output. Also a good Warranty period. All in all so far looks good value for money.
Good service, quick delivery

Excellent value and a great product too. The double radiator ensured that the product was not obtrusive and could deliver the necessary BTUs required to heat the large space - a 5m x 3m extension with an average height of 2.4m.

Well impressed with both delivery & quality. Delivered much quicker than expected and giving my plumber an earlier window. Great radiator that really gives off some heat in our Conservatory. K. Patten. Lancs.
