More Heat from a Type 22 Radiator
The K Rad Kompact has two radiator panels with two convectors positioned between them, giving it more heating surface than a single-panel model. That makes it a practical choice when you need a stronger heat output, particularly in a larger room or one that takes longer to warm up.
A Type 22 radiator projects further from the wall than a slimmer single-panel option, so it’s worth checking the available space before ordering. In return, the double panel and double convector arrangement provides substantial heating capacity without needing an unusually tall radiator.
A Neat, Ready-to-Fit Finish
The top grille and side panels are fitted at the factory, covering the internal convectors for a clean, familiar radiator look. Heavy-duty L-shaped brackets are included for wall mounting, along with an air vent, blanking plug, and fixing screws.
The radiator has standard G1/2-inch connections for fitting to a suitable central heating system. Radiator valves are not listed among the included parts, so check whether you need to order a pair for your installation.
Built to Recognised Standards
The K Rad Kompact conforms to BS EN 442, the standard used to assess radiator performance. It also comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This was the first time I ordered a radiator online and wouldn't you know it. It had been damaged in transport and so I called it in.
The service was excellent and in no time another one was ordered.
A shout out to the customer service, in my case manned by Hamza Kahn.
He was kind, professional and communications were quickly answered.
Although I didn't yet get the chance to install or try the radiator until the new one arrives, I can already see that it's good quality. If there's one remark I would make, it's that it would benefit the installers if the bleeding nipple would have come with the radiator. That way I wouldn't have to go out to buy one separately.
I will certainly buy here again.
