Fixing brackets
The K Rad Kompact Type 22 500 x 1100mm Radiator - Double Panel Double Convector comes with pre-fitted side panels, a top grille, and fixing brackets for easy installation at home. It has a horizontal orientation to fit under a window or behind furniture, and its white finish makes it versatile with most home designs.
Double panel convector radiators, otherwise known as Type 21, benefit from a single convector that has been sandwiched between two single panels. The convector is only fitted to one of the panels, and they're a bit thicker than a standard single-panel radiator, but they do provide a much higher heat output. Due to their size, they're ideal for heating small to medium-sized bedrooms.
Includes pre-fitted side panels and a top grill
You'll easily be able to conceal the internals of the radiator with the factory-fitted top grills and side panels. They provide an elegant finish to the radiator but without hindering any of the heat output that you receive from it.
Easy to install fixing brackets
Also included with the panel radiators are the heavy-duty L-shaped fixing brackets, which bolt directly to the wall and secure the air vent, blind plugs, screws and screw caps. The brackets fit directly to your wall, and the radiators simply hang on them using the holders pre-fitted to the back of them.
Standard UK plumbing connections
You'll be pleased to hear that this radiator comes with standard G1/2 inch connection threads, so getting them installed in your home will be extremely easy.
BS EN 442 Conformity
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, which is why they always meet the highest standards of safety. These radiators conform to BS EN 442, which is the European standard for radiators.

K Rad Kompact Type 22 500 x 1100mm Radiator - Double Panel Double Convector – Technical Specifications
This was the first time I ordered a radiator online and wouldn't you know it. It had been damaged in transport and so I called it in.
The service was excellent and in no time another one was ordered.
A shout out to the customer service, in my case manned by Hamza Kahn.
He was kind, professional and communications were quickly answered.
Although I didn't yet get the chance to install or try the radiator until the new one arrives, I can already see that it's good quality. If there's one remark I would make, it's that it would benefit the installers if the bleeding nipple would have come with the radiator. That way I wouldn't have to go out to buy one separately.
I will certainly buy here again.

The large double panel is a quality product purchased at a very reasonable price - and performs as expected.
The delivery was held up for reasons beyond the control of the couriers but I was advised of the problem in advance. Good communication.

Quite a bit cheaper than the well known brands, looks just as good, and pretty much the same output. Also a good Warranty period. All in all so far looks good value for money.

Excellent value and a great product too. The double radiator ensured that the product was not obtrusive and could deliver the necessary BTUs required to heat the large space - a 5m x 3m extension with an average height of 2.4m.

Well impressed with both delivery & quality. Delivered much quicker than expected and giving my plumber an earlier window. Great radiator that really gives off some heat in our Conservatory. K. Patten. Lancs.
