What's Included:
K Rad Kompact Type 21 600 x 1500mm Radiator - Double Panel Single Convector
This Type 21 double-panel radiator offers a practical balance of strong heat output and manageable depth. Its two panels and single convector provide more warmth than a standard single-panel model, making it a useful choice for bedrooms and other small to medium-sized rooms. The correct radiator size will depend on the room’s heat-loss requirements, insulation and available wall space.
High heat output from a double-panel design
Type 21 panel radiators feature two steel panels with one convector positioned between them. This increases the surface area available for heat transfer, helping the radiator warm the room efficiently without the depth of a double-convector model.
Pre-fitted top grille and side panels
Factory-fitted side panels and a top grille conceal the internal convector and give the radiator a clean, finished appearance. Their ventilated design allows warm air to circulate freely without restricting performance.
Straightforward wall installation
Heavy-duty L-shaped brackets are supplied for secure wall mounting. The holders on the back of the radiator slot onto the installed brackets, simplifying positioning. An air vent, blanking plugs, screws and screw caps are also included.
Check that the wall and fixings are suitable for the radiator’s filled weight before installation.
Standard UK plumbing connections
G½-inch threaded connections make the radiator compatible with commonly used UK radiator fittings, helping simplify connection to a suitable central heating system.
BS EN 442 conformity
The radiator conforms to BS EN 442, the recognised standard covering the performance and testing of radiators and convectors. This provides reassurance that its stated heating performance has been assessed using established test methods.
10-year guarantee
The radiator is covered by a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, providing added reassurance for long-term use.

I needed to replace all my radiators as they were over 35 years old. These look better and seem to heat up quicker. Great buy.

Bought this Rad to replace an old single panel Rad.
Finish’s off a newly decorated hallway nicely and giving off a lot of heat - which is probably overkill seeing as it is the same length as the old one.
Only problem I faced was not ensuring the tails were super tight before fitting to the wall - one end started to loosen as I tightened the pipework to it (tightening in the opposite direction) - user error!

I went for this brand as it had a higher heat output than the Screwfix/Toolstation/B&Q equivalent. It is well made with a good finish. All the normal fittings included. I would buy again.
