This K Rad Kompact is one of the double panel radiators – Type 22 (two internal convectors), combining two water-filled panels with two convector fins. The increased surface area allows it to distribute more heat than a single-panel model, making it a practical choice for larger rooms or spaces with greater heating demands.
Its 400mm height also makes it useful beneath low windows or on walls where a taller radiator would be unsuitable.
Neat, Finished Appearance
Unlike basic panel radiators with exposed internal components, this model includes factory-fitted side panels and a top grille. These create a cleaner finish without preventing warm air from circulating through the radiator.
Straightforward Installation
Heavy-duty L-shaped brackets allow the radiator to be securely mounted to a suitable wall. The supplied air vent, blind plug, screws, and screw caps provide the essential fittings needed for installation, while standard G1/2-inch connections make it compatible with common UK plumbing systems.
The radiator conforms to BS EN 442, the recognised European standard covering the performance and testing of radiators.

This was the first time I ordered a radiator online and wouldn't you know it. It had been damaged in transport and so I called it in.
The service was excellent and in no time another one was ordered.
A shout out to the customer service, in my case manned by Hamza Kahn.
He was kind, professional and communications were quickly answered.
Although I didn't yet get the chance to install or try the radiator until the new one arrives, I can already see that it's good quality. If there's one remark I would make, it's that it would benefit the installers if the bleeding nipple would have come with the radiator. That way I wouldn't have to go out to buy one separately.
I will certainly buy here again.
