I purchased the item on behalf of my 82yr old Father.Unfortunately i had to return the gas fire, due to the fact that the current gas regs made it too expensive to fit!
My Father was a little bit concerned over returning the item, having not really understanding the process.
However all was dealt with in a really professional and caring way.
