I received a pair of these valves from Plumbworld, unfortunately one of them was damaged. I informed them and they immediately sent another pair out. Excellent service from Plumbworld. Thank you.

Bought these to go with the anthracite towel radiator I bought on this site. They match perfectly. My plumber fitted them so I can't say anything about that, but he seemed fine with them.
