Lovely design and looks great in the new bathroom. Having the option to use the electric alongside the central heating is really smart. Item arrived within two days so no complaints at all.

This is a very smart looking towel rail, which we are looking forward to having fitted. Due to the current lockdown situation that could be a while yet, but our plumber is on standby!
It arrived quickly and although ugh the outer packaging had been damaged by loading with a fork lift, it had been well packed and was fine inside
