I must admit I was slightly sceptical that this heated towel rail & heater would produce all of the heat we would need, whilst also being a bit mixed about using an electric & not central heating based towel rail. These are great if you really don't need chrome (which cost half as much again). Well packaged and plenty of flex - just be careful not to crush the flex where it enters the rad before you install it - they are heavy and awkward to manoeuvre whilst also protecting the flex.
