Far from wishing to complain or raise any issues, I felt it important to write and tell you just how exceptional your service is! Having worked in customer service in the past I know that it's rare to get praising letters, and equally know that it's nice when it happens!
The website is easy to navigate, the prices very reasonable, placing the order very easy and you delivered the product (a towel radiator) exceptionally quickly (having phoned to ensure someone would be in - again, a nice touch that many online retailers ignore). All in all, an exceptional service and one that I would be more than happy to use again and recommend to anyone.
