I have unpacked the front of the box to check for damage (there appears to be none) and was impressed with the quality of the item. It was also very well packaged, so much so that I had difficulty unpacking it at all by myself! I can't wait for my husband to get back from work in a few weeks to install the door as it looks lovely. I was also extremely impressed with the continual updates as to the progress of the order and delivery. Would that all companies could provide such an excellent service!
