The InSinkErator Three-in-One Boiling-Water Tap supplies normal hot and cold water alongside filtered near-boiling water from one streamlined fixture. Its matt-black finish and curved profile create a contemporary focal point while removing the need to wait for a kettle.
The compact NeoTank fits beneath the sink and maintains the selected water temperature between 88 and 99°C.
Hot, Cold and Near-Boiling Water
Use the main lever for normal hot and cold water. A separate safety-operated control dispenses filtered near-boiling water for drinks, cooking and food preparation.
With water available on demand, you can dispense only the amount required instead of filling and boiling a complete kettle.
Filtered Near-Boiling Water
Water passes through a two-stage filtration system before dispensing. The filters are designed to reduce scale-forming minerals, chlorine, small particles and substances that can affect taste or odour.
Filtration performance depends on the incoming water quality and regular cartridge replacement. Only rely on specific contaminant-removal claims that are supported by the manufacturer’s certification.
2.5-Litre NeoTank
The stainless-steel NeoTank stores 2.5 litres of heated water—approximately 12 cups, depending on cup size. Its compact format is designed to fit inside a suitable kitchen sink cabinet.
Once the stored water has been used, the tank requires time to refill and return the replacement water to the selected temperature.
Adjustable 88–99°C Temperature
Use the digital control to choose a temperature between 88 and 99°C. The tank then maintains the water close to the selected setting, allowing it to be tailored to different drinks and kitchen tasks.
The water reaches a maximum of 99°C, so “boiling water” is the product category rather than a guarantee of a rolling 100°C boil at the outlet.
Hot Drinks and Cooking
Near-boiling water can be used for preparing tea and coffee, blanching ingredients or filling a saucepan before cooking. Always check whether a particular drink or recipe requires a different temperature or a full rolling boil.
Energy and Water Use
Dispensing only the quantity required can reduce the water and energy wasted by repeatedly overfilling a kettle. Actual running costs depend on the selected temperature, usage, electricity tariff and heat lost while the tank maintains its stored water.
Child-Resistant Safety Control
The near-boiling water side uses a push-lock, multi-step lever designed to reduce accidental activation. Separate controls help prevent users from selecting near-boiling water when they intend to use the standard hot or cold supply.
No safety mechanism removes the risk of scalding completely. Children should be supervised around the tap.

The insulated under-sink tank heats and maintains its contents without the prominent boiling noise associated with a conventional kettle.

No longer do I have a kettle on my work top, I can not only make drinks on demand, I can boil pasta, poach eggs, make a hot water bottle etc...without having to wait for a kettle to boil.
In a world where everything is on demand, this is a luxury I would recommend anyone saves for. The tap works perfectly, there is no spluttering and I don't feel like I'm at risk of burning myself at any point, I'm also comforted by the childproof switch so I know no-one is going to come to the sink and accidentally try to wash their hands in boiling water.
