Are granite composite undermount sinks durable enough for everyday kitchen use?

Yes, granite composite is praised for its strong, durable surface that stands up to daily use and resists chipping better than many ceramic options. The material is manufactured in colour throughout, so small scuffs are less obvious than on coated sinks. You should still avoid putting very hot pans straight into the bowl and clean with non-abrasive products to keep the finish looking its best.

How do I choose between single, 1.5 and double bowls for my kitchen?

Think about how you use the sink: a single bowl gives maximum uninterrupted space for pots, while a 1.5 bowl gives a smaller secondary bowl for rinsing or draining; full two-bowl models are best if you frequently multitask. The range offers sizes like 540 x 440mm and 560 x 440mm for single or 1.5 bowls, and larger options (hansgrohe S51 770mm) for two-bowl units. Granite composite tends to be quieter than stainless steel because the dense material absorbs sound, so you'll notice less clang from running water or pots.
