I stuck with Bristan Easyfit as it was going to be a direct replacement for an existing Easyfit tap.
Strangely after they make such a big thing about how easy it is to remove the tap there was no mention of the correct proceedure to swop another Easyfit for an existing one in the instructions. Common sense prevailed but there was more water in the tap than I expected when I released it from it's seating, luckily I was towelled up and caught it all.
The swap was dead easy, undo 2 grub screws twist and pull the tap upwards, catch the water,re-grease the "O" RING fit new tap re-tighten grub screws.
All done, all good/
The spout is thinner than the last one, I guess because it isn't twin walled so gets hot as hot water flows through it.
Really pleased with the tap as the angled spout washes the sink better rhan the previouemone.
