Tap has now been fitted and problem solved :) However, plumber found inside the old taps, whilst dismantling, two silted aerators pieces in strange place- my husband fitted the kitchen 4 yrs ago but plumber said even if hed fitted it he wouldnt have noticed them. Not sure if taking those pieces out the problem wouldve been sorted, and no new taps needed, but we prefer these Sauber taps and really pleased with them :)
