Hot, Cold, and Near-Boiling Water
The InSinkErator 3-in-1 combines the functions of conventional kitchen taps with near-boiling filtered water. You can wash, rinse, prepare hot drinks, and fill cooking pans from one coordinated fitting without waiting for a kettle.
Unlike separate countertop appliances, boiling water taps with tanks store heated water beneath the sink, helping keep the worktop clear. The L-shaped tap and brushed steel finish provide a clean, contemporary appearance.
Adjustable 2.5-Litre NeoTank
The compact NeoTank fits inside the cupboard beneath the kitchen sink. Its 2.5-litre stainless steel tank holds enough water for approximately 12 cups and maintains the selected temperature, ready for use when required.
Digital controls allow the temperature to be adjusted between 88°C and 99°C, so you can select a suitable setting for different hot drinks and cooking tasks. The tank is also designed for quiet operation.
Two-Stage Water Filtration
Before reaching the tap, the water passes through calcium and carbon filtration. This helps reduce limescale, chlorine, and other impurities that can affect taste or accumulate within the system.
For continued filtration performance, the filter should be replaced approximately every six months.
Separate Boiling-Water Control
The boiling-water function has a separate lever from the standard hot and cold mixer. This helps prevent it from being selected when you only want ordinary mixed water and makes each function easier to identify.
Installation Information
The tap requires a mounting hole measuring 32–38mm and has an overall height of 300mm. Tool-free tank connections simplify assembly, although the system must still be installed in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Lovely sleek chrome hot tap left is for boiling water and right hand side up is hand hot and down is cold tap.

No longer do I have a kettle on my work top, I can not only make drinks on demand, I can boil pasta, poach eggs, make a hot water bottle etc...without having to wait for a kettle to boil.
In a world where everything is on demand, this is a luxury I would recommend anyone saves for. The tap works perfectly, there is no spluttering and I don't feel like I'm at risk of burning myself at any point, I'm also comforted by the childproof switch so I know no-one is going to come to the sink and accidentally try to wash their hands in boiling water.
It arrived quickly, and my kitchen fitter and electrician fitted it although ugh i believe the instructions could have been clearer.
