The Haier HAVG6BF4TBPB 60cm Gas on Glass Hob runs four sealed burners on cast iron supports over a black glass surface, with a 4kW wok burner for high heat cooking.

This gas on glass hob measures 95 x 595 x 510mm, or 3.7 x 23.4 x 20.1in and is set by rotary dials on the front edge. Every burner carries a flame failure device, and the supports lift out for cleaning.

Four gas burners

Burner ratings are 4.2kW, 1.75kW, 2.7kW, 1kW, so there is a setting for a wok at full heat and one for a sauce held just below a simmer.

Cast iron supports

The supports sit level across the glass, so a heavy pan slides from one burner to the next instead of being lifted.

Flame failure device

Each burner senses its own flame. If the flame blows out or a pan boils over the gas to that burner closes.

Perfect Flame

Haier shapes the burner crowns to spread the flame evenly under the base of the pan.

Cleaning

The supports lift out and the black glass underneath wipes down with a cloth.

5 year guarantee

This gas on glass hob is supplied with a 5 year guarantee and 10 year parts cover.
