The Haier HAPY72ES6XGG I-Design Integrated Cooker Hood combines discreet cabinet installation with perimetral extraction and a premium stainless-steel finish. Four speed settings include an intensive boost reaching 660m³/h, while the included accessories support both ducted and recirculating installation.
Integrated canopy installation
The hood is designed to fit inside compatible kitchen cabinetry, keeping most of the appliance concealed. Its visible stainless-steel canopy creates a clean, minimal finish without the visual bulk of a conventional chimney hood.
Cabinet dimensions and clearances must be checked against the model-specific installation drawing before fitting.
Perimetral extraction
Air is drawn around the perimeter of the front panel, expanding the capture area for steam, grease and cooking odours. This arrangement combines effective extraction with a streamlined exterior.
Four extraction speeds
Choose from four settings to suit different cooking demands. Lower speeds are appropriate for gentle simmering, while higher levels provide additional airflow during boiling and frying.
The hood extracts up to 577m³/h during normal operation.
660m³/h intensive boost
Boost mode provides temporary maximum extraction during demanding cooking. Haier lists an airflow rate of up to 660m³/h on the intensive setting.
The intensive mode is intended for short-term use and may automatically return to a lower speed after a set period.
Ducted or recirculating installation
A 150mm outlet allows cooking fumes and moisture to be discharged outdoors through suitable ducting.
Where exterior ducting is unavailable, the hood can operate in recirculation mode. Included carbon filters reduce cooking odours before the air is returned to the room.
Recirculation does not remove moisture from the kitchen. Carbon filters require periodic replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Premium accessories included
The hood is supplied with carbon filtration, a no-return valve and an air deflector. The no-return valve helps prevent extracted air from flowing back through the duct, while the deflector directs filtered air during recirculation.
Electronic controls and LED lighting
Electronic controls provide access to the extraction speeds, boost function and lighting. The integrated 5W LED lamp illuminates the cooking surface while using less energy than traditional bulbs.
Multilayer grease filtration
A multilayer cassette filter captures airborne grease before it reaches the motor or ducting. Regular cleaning helps preserve airflow and extraction performance.
