What’s Included:
The Haier HAIDFS64MCAR1 60cm Induction Hob combines four responsive cooking zones with two bridgeable areas. Its MultiSlider touch interface provides direct control over each zone, while four PowerBoost settings deliver additional heat when required.
Responsive induction heating
Induction technology generates heat directly within compatible cookware rather than using a conventional element beneath the glass. Adjustments to the selected power level take effect quickly, providing precise control when boiling, frying or simmering.
Compatible magnetic cookware is required. A magnet should attach firmly to the base of a suitable pan.
Four cooking zones
Four separate zones provide space for preparing several dishes at once. Each zone can be adjusted individually using the touch-sensitive controls along the front edge.
Two bridgeable areas
Each pair of zones can combine to form a longer cooking area. This provides more consistent coverage beneath compatible griddle plates, fish kettles and large oval cookware.
The cookware must be suitable for induction cooking and positioned correctly across the linked zones.
Four PowerBoost settings
Every zone includes a boost setting that temporarily provides additional power. This is useful when heating a large pan or bringing water to the boil quickly.
Boost availability and duration may be limited when several zones are operating at high power simultaneously.
MultiSlider touch controls
Each cooking zone has a dedicated illuminated scale. Slide a finger along the control to select the required power level, with the displayed setting changing as adjustments are made.
Easy-clean black glass
Induction concentrates heat within the pan, so the surrounding glass generally becomes less hot than with a conventional radiant hob. This helps prevent many spills from burning firmly onto the surface.
Heat can still transfer back from hot cookware, so always observe the residual-heat indicators and allow the hob to cool before cleaning.
Flexible induction cooking
Add the Haier HAIDFS64MCAR1 to your kitchen for four-zone cooking, two bridgeable areas and intuitive MultiSlider control.
