The Fisher & Paykel Series 9 OR90SDI6X1 90cm Induction Range Cooker puts a five zone induction hob over a 140 litre pyrolytic oven. Usable oven space is 120 litres over six shelf positions, and two hob zones pair into a SmartZone for long cooking pans.

This freestanding electric cooker measures 898 x 897 x 600mm, or 35.4 x 35.3 x 23.6in, and the height adjusts to 946mm to meet a worktop. It needs a 900mm cut-out and a 68A supply.

Five induction zones

Each zone runs from 1600W to 2300W, and PowerBoost lifts any of them to 3000W. Nine heat settings, pan detection and spillage auto-off are standard.

SmartZone pairing

Two zones bridge into one long zone, which is what a griddle plate or a fish kettle needs.

Pyrolytic cleaning

A high temperature cycle turns baked-on residue to ash that wipes out with a cloth. The shelf runners are pyrolytic proof and stay in place.

Nine oven functions

Bake, Fan Bake, Fan Forced, fanGrill, Grill, Roast, True Convection, Pastry Bake with pizza mode and Rapid Proof, plus a rotisserie.

Warming drawer

A 202W warming drawer sits under the oven, so plates and serving dishes reach the table warm.

5 year guarantee

This induction range cooker is supplied with a 5 year guarantee.
