The Fisher & Paykel Series 7 OR90SCG4B1 90cm Dual Fuel Range Cooker pairs a five burner gas hob with a single electric convection oven. The oven holds 140 litres in total, 120 of them usable, over six shelf positions for multi-shelf cooking.

This freestanding dual fuel cooker measures 898 x 897 x 600mm, or 35.4 x 35.3 x 23.6in, and the height adjusts to 946mm to line up with a worktop. It needs a 900mm wide cut-out and a 22A supply.

Five gas burners

The hob runs five sealed burners on cast iron trivets, including a 4.5kW dual wok burner and two 4.0kW triple ring wok burners. Total hob power is 14.9kW.

Nine oven functions

Bake, Classic Bake, Fan Bake, Fan Forced, fanGrill, Grill, Roast, True Convection and Energy Slow Cook. Pastry Bake with pizza mode and Rapid Proof are both included.

Oven capacity

The cavity takes 140 litres in total and 120 litres of usable space over six shelf positions. AeroTech twin fans move the heat around so more than one shelf can be used at once.

Flame failure system

Every burner carries a flame failure device. If a flame blows out the gas supply to that burner closes.

Safe handling

The door is quadruple glazed with a CoolTouch outer pane and soft open and close. Shelves are non-tip and full extension, and an anti-tilt bracket is supplied.

5 year guarantee

This dual fuel range cooker is supplied with a 5 year guarantee.
