• Fisher & Paykel induction hob

The Fisher & Paykel Series 7 CI764DTB4 76cm Induction Hob has four cooking zones under one sheet of frameless black glass, with Touch&Slide controls and PowerBoost on every zone.

This induction hob measures 54 x 760 x 530mm, or 2.1 x 29.9 x 20.9in, and draws up to 7.4kW. Induction heats the pan and not the glass, so the surface around the cookware stays cool and spills wipe off instead of baking on.

Induction heat

Induction puts the heat into the pan itself, so a change on the control shows in the pan straight away and the glass around it stays cool.

Four cooking zones

Zone ratings are 1.4kW (2.2kW boosted), 2.3kW (3.7kW boosted), 1.85kW (3kW boosted) and 1.85kW (3kW boosted).

Touch&Slide control

Each zone is set by sliding a finger along its own scale, and the whole hob is one flat surface to wipe down.

Safety features

Pan detection, keylock, a safety time out and surface hot indicators are all built in, and spillage auto-off cuts the power if liquid covers the controls.

Easy cleaning

The glass stays cool around the pan, so spills do not bake on. A wipe with a cloth is usually enough.

5 year guarantee

This induction hob is supplied with a 5 year guarantee.
