• Fisher & Paykel induction hob
• Fixing screws

The Fisher & Paykel Series 5 CI905CTB2 90cm Induction Hob has five cooking zones under one sheet of frameless black glass, with Touch controls and PowerBoost on every zone.

This induction hob measures 61 x 900 x 530mm, or 2.4 x 35.4 x 20.9in, and draws up to 7.4kW. Induction heats the pan and not the glass, so the surface around the cookware stays cool and spills wipe off instead of baking on.

Induction heat

Induction puts the heat into the pan itself, so a change on the control shows in the pan straight away and the glass around it stays cool.

Five cooking zones

Zone ratings are 1.5kW (1.8kW boosted), 2kW (2.6kW boosted), 3kW (3.5kW boosted), 2kW (2.6kW boosted) and 1.5kW (1.8kW boosted).

Touch controls

Each zone is set by sliding a finger along its own scale, and the whole hob is one flat surface to wipe down.

Safety features

Pan detection only heats when cookware is on the zone, and spillage auto-off shuts the hob down if liquid covers the controls.

Easy cleaning

The glass stays cool around the pan, so spills do not bake on. A wipe with a cloth is usually enough.

5 year guarantee

This induction hob is supplied with a 5 year guarantee.

Link Mode

Over Wi-Fi the hob can start a compatible Fisher & Paykel cooker hood and set its speed as the cooking heats up, without anyone reaching for the hood controls.
