Drop it into the worktop and it sits on a slim rim. The granite composite is lightly textured, the colour runs all the way through, and the waste, overflow and pipework are supplied with it.
Full-Length Drainer
The drainer runs the whole length beside the bowl in shallow ribs that carry water back towards the waste. It is moulded as part of the sink, so there is no join across it to catch dirt. The ribs are shallow enough to wipe down in one pass.
Deep Single Bowl
One deep rectangular bowl with a central waste, measuring 460 x 420mm across and 200mm deep. The corners are radiused at 60mm, so there is no tight angle to get a cloth into. The round overflow is set into the back wall above the bowl.
Granite Composite
Moulded granite composite in metallic grey. The surface is non-reflective and lightly textured under the hand. The colour runs all the way through the material rather than sitting on it as a coating.
Fits Either Way Round
The bowl and the drainer sit symmetrically about the centre line, so the sink suits a run that turns either way. One cut-out serves both orientations. Decide which side the drainer goes before the worktop is cut.
Part-Drilled Tap Holes
Two 35mm tap positions are part-drilled into the back ledge. One takes the tap, the other a spray head or a soap dispenser. A position you do not open stays closed, so only the holes you use are visible.
Inset Fitting
Abode recommend this sink as an inset fit and supply eight composite fixing clips for it. It suits a worktop between 27 and 45mm thick, and the cut-out measures 980 x 480mm. A 600mm cabinet is the smallest it will go over.
Looking After Coloured Granite
