Obtaining supplies when restoring a croft on a remote Scottish Island can be ruinously expensive - and for the highly restricted range that might be available locally. Articles arrive promptly and, on the odd occasion when there is a slight delay, Plumbworld keep the customer fully informed with realistic dates. When something does go wrong through the carelessness of a haulier/courier, this firm seems to go well beyond its legal obligation in sorting out the problem so that it does not become a problem for the customer. My experience over quite a few orders would suggest that Plumbworld is a thoroughly trustworthy and helpful firm with which to do business.
