Back to new or better with Quality Service
I fitted a Mira Shower in 1984 and it was getting a bit tired. The service kit was not immediately in stock and you told me so. You told me when it would be in. You told me when it arrived and when it was despatched. It arrived when expected and was exactly the right kit of parts. The shower now works as smoothly as silk, as good as new again.
Now you ask for follow up data. All this for an item costing about £20.
