To express my suprise and delight that I was delivered the correct product and the correct amount was debited from my bank account. I was exceptionally pleased with the prompt service I received.
I must also mention the delivery service you used when my taps were delivered, I was out, the delivery driver phoned my mobile and then delivered to me where I was. This I find to be exceptional service and it is very unusual to find sensible intelligent people delivering as it is very frustrating to get home and find you have missed a delivery and have to go and pick up the item from the depot or have to re-arrange a delivery.
