May I just say that although dubious at first with ordering our shower and enclosure online and with only email as the method of contact, you have proven to be more reliable than the well known DIY stores that most people use. Your staff's communication was prompt, to the point, polite and friendly. The goods are excellent quality and were delivered as such, very quickly and all for a great price. People are always too ready to complain when they get bad service and never motivated to say something when it is good. So thank you to the staff that dealt with our order, and I wish you every success in the future and won't hesitate to recommend you.
