Just to thank you for your very prompt assistance and for the lovely replacement mirror received last week which is perfect and now hanging happily in my bathroom. To say I am impressed by your company's service is an understatement. When I made contact regarding the fault with the original, I fully realised that I should have thoroughly checked this item upon receipt and that the delay in doing so, may have resulted in my "falling out" with your terms and conditions of sale and I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that an exchange had been arranged with absolutely no quibble.
I have told all my family and friends should they need anything in the plumbing or bathroom line that Plumbworld should be their first port of call. This is further backed up by receipt of further bathroom fittings which I ordered, which were again very speedily and safely dispatched. They are all such good quality and so competitively priced.
