Your company is to be highly commended on its exemplary service. I was told of a stock problem which was very quickly resolved. My card wasn't debited until you despatched, I was kept informed all the time and the goods arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. We also operate a business in the same way as this - why can't everyone else do so too? For a very small amount of extra work you ensure that the customer is always happy and doesn't that make for good business relations?
