I felt compelled to write and congratulate you on your excellent internet service, not only did I feel that I had an absolute bargain with the bath and basin taps I bought, but your sales and aftersales service have been second to none and I have been most impressed. The taps have now been fitted and look fantastic and there have been no problems with them whatsoever. May I personally thank you for the service I have received.
