Very pleased with this tap. It is sturdy and easy to operate. It is a little higher than expected, but the curve reaches to the middle of my round sink, which is helpful. Would recommend to others.
Excellent tap but having seen it 'in the flesh'...wish I had bought the satin rather than gloss chrome finish.
I bought this tap to replace an earlier Franke Classic tap that had come to the end of its life. This one is a little bigger than we wanted, but fitted a treat. A quality tap.
Great service! Super quick delivery even though I only used the standard. Easy to fit (especially with the Franke fitting kit bough separately) and looks great. Looks and feels like a quality product.
My purchase of a Franke Davos J Kitchen mixer tap was made after a
review of 6 websites and 2 local stores. Plumbworld's deal for this quality item was best of all my options and the service was excellent.
We bought this to replace a similar tap that had started leaking. It annoys me that modern taps like this can't be repaired but have to be replaced.
It is taller and overhangs the sink more than our previous tap, of a similar design, and for that I really like it; we struggled to get the kettle under the previous one for example. It also has a better flow from our hot connection than its predecessor although I'm not sure why this is. Although it's tall and the arc is wide, the tap itself is a narrow cylinder and it doesn't dominate our sink area.
The taps are easy to turn, even for smallish children and the whole assembly looks smart, modern and unfussy.
It took our plumber only 30 mins to fit which was great. My one dislike is that my husband attempted to do it himself but the kind of spanner needed is not one that he had, even though he has a good range of DIY tools. Fortunately we weren't charged a great deal for the job!
