BathSeal Ultra 10 is the newest and most effective way of sealing your bath to a tiled wall and gives a 10 year warranty against mould growth.
BathSeal Ultra 10 in kit form
Have you ever stayed in a hotel where the bath sealant had gone black or mouldy or found there is a gap between the wall and the bath for the water to seep through? Most people have experienced this, but solving this problem is now an easy one thanks to BathSeal Ultra 10
By having a " solid profile" rather than the traditional "hollow" bath trims, the adhesion between the wall, the profile and the bath is maximised to give a longer lasting seal that is flexible yet strong.
Designed to be an "easy fit" product, BathSeal Ultra 10 has pre-profiled ends to make the installation so simple, even a DIY novice could handle it.
No more 45 degree angles to cut thanks to the patented "Interlock System", BathSeal Ultra 10 looks great when fitted, but most importantly works extra hard to prevent those annoying leaks from happening in your bathroom.
End caps are provided to complete the installation and add the finishing touch to your bathroom project.
Super neat Interlock System Corner Joint with End caps to finish off installation
BathSeal Ultra 10 helps prevent damage to flooring, ceilings, plasterwork, timber joists and floorboards and stop those large repair bills from arriving unannounced.
It also works hard to eliminate the damp musty smells that often follow when bathrooms suffer water damage. Plus by using a high modulus antifungicidal sealant supplied in the kit as standard, it severely reduces the risk of black mould forming if cleaned regularly.

Really easy to cut and fit, everything there to do the job.
We made the mistake of tiling right up to the edge of our bath, without leaving a gap for adding sealant and, several months later, we obviously were left with multiple leaks. We'd used mosaic tiles, so I chiselled off the bottom row of tiles, leaving a 1 inch gap, and then inserted the BathSeal Ultra into the gap, using lots of sealant. It's exactly the product I needed to retrospectively fix our bad tiling job and was very easy to use. It also looks smart and has actually added to the look of our bathroom.
I had a bath were there was a large gap between the wall and the bath and this stuff is brilliant. Saves the need of replacing grout all the time.
also used it on a shower... just great
There are plenty of rival products on the market – some failed me by actually melting in hot water and others are not suitable for a retro fit. This was a kit with some distinct advantages; the material used for the plastic seal is a high finish, high quality product. The sealant supplied with the trim is also high quality but the best idea of all is the way the pre-jointed end to each strip is done. If you walls are not square (it's likely they are not) the non-mitered design joint compensates for out-of-true walls. A perfect solution.
