Coordinated Fittings for Accessible Bathrooms
The Fitzroy of London PRO pack brings together the main toilet, basin, and support fittings for an accessible washroom. White sanitaryware pairs with polished rails to create a coordinated appearance, while concealed rail fixings keep the installation neat.
For anyone comparing Doc ‘M’ packs, this wall-hung arrangement provides the components needed to plan a supported toilet and handwashing area. The completed installation must be correctly specified and positioned to meet the applicable accessibility requirements.
Wall-Hung Toilet With Concealed Cistern
The toilet pan is supported by the supplied wall-hung frame, with the cistern concealed within the wall or surrounding structure. This keeps the cistern out of the room and leaves the floor beneath the pan accessible for cleaning.
A ring-only seat provides straightforward access without a lid to lift. Behind the user, the padded polyurethane backrest offers additional seated comfort and support.
Grab Rails Within Convenient Reach
Five 600mm grab rails provide support around the washroom, with their positions determined by the required layout. The polished finish gives them a bright appearance that coordinates with the basin tap and other fittings.
The 800mm hinged rail offers support beside the toilet and lifts out of the way when access space is needed. Its integrated toilet roll holder keeps paper close to hand, reducing the need to reach for a separate holder.
Easier Flush Operation
The concealed cistern is supplied with a spatula lever and extension. Its larger operating surface makes flushing more manageable for users who find a small button or conventional lever difficult to operate.
This combines accessible control with the tidy appearance of a concealed cistern.
Wall-Mounted Basin With Flexible Tap Positioning
The glossy white vitreous china basin provides a durable, easy-to-clean washing surface. Wall mounting allows its installation height to be specified for the intended users and washroom layout.
Two tap holes offer a choice of mixer position, allowing the tap to be placed closer to the toilet where required. A basin mixer and basin fittings are included.
Specify the Installation Correctly
This pack is designed for Doc M installations, but compliance depends on the completed washroom, including fitting positions, clearances, and suitable installation fixings.
A TMV3 valve is not supplied. Where required by the installation specification, it must be purchased separately to control the basin’s mixed water temperature and help reduce scalding risk.
The pack comes with a 2-year warranty for added confidence in your purchase.
