The supplied components are designed to support a Document M-style installation. Final compliance depends on the room layout, mounting heights, clearances, fixings and any additional components required for the specific building.
High-Contrast Dark-Blue Rails
The fixed and hinged rails are finished in dark blue to provide strong visual contrast against light bathroom walls. The matching ring-only seat makes the toilet easier to identify within the room.
Five 600mm Grab Rails
Five fixed grab rails are included for positioning around the toilet and basin in accordance with the required accessible layout.
The final positions must follow the relevant drawings, dimensions and project specification.
800mm Lift-and-Lock Support Rail
The hinged steel rail provides support beside the toilet and can be raised when additional space is needed. Its lift-and-lock mechanism holds it in the stored position when not in use.
Epoxy-Coated Steel Construction
The rails are manufactured from steel for strength and durability. A dark-blue epoxy coating provides colour contrast and a comfortable gripping surface.
Padded Backrest
The padded polyurethane backrest provides additional comfort and support when using the toilet. It mounts behind the pan at the position specified for the installation.
Low-Level Toilet and Back Box
The toilet pan is supplied with a back box that positions it away from the wall as required by the intended accessible layout. This also provides space for the concealed cistern arrangement.
Concealed Cistern
The cistern is hidden behind the back box or installation structure, keeping the washroom uncluttered and preserving manoeuvring space.
Spatula Flush Lever
The extended spatula lever has a larger contact area than a conventional flush button or small lever. It is designed to be easier to operate for users with reduced grip or dexterity.
Ring-Only Toilet Seat
The toilet seat has no lid, leaving it immediately accessible. Its dark-blue finish contrasts with the white ceramic pan, while the stainless-steel hinge provides durable mounting.
Wall-Mounted Basin
The vitreous-china basin has a glossy white finish and mounts directly to the wall. Its installation height can be selected to suit the required accessible layout.
The basin must be securely fixed to a suitable wall structure; the chosen height cannot be based on preference alone where Document M compliance is required.
Two Tap Holes
Two tap holes allow the supplied mixer to be installed on the side best suited to the toilet position and user access. The unused hole must be closed with the appropriate fitting supplied or specified for the basin.
Basin Mixer Tap Included
A basin mixer is supplied as part of the pack. A suitable thermostatic mixing valve may still be required to control the delivered water temperature.
TMV3 Valve Not Included
A TMV3 thermostatic mixing valve is not supplied. Such valves help maintain a safe, controlled outlet temperature and may be required for public or regulated installations.

WRAS-Approved Components
