Bristan Nero Basin Taps Chrome - NR 1-2 C
£66.42 (Inc. VAT)
Pillar Taps are individual taps feature their own valves to control the flow of water. They require the basin to have two tap holes, one for hot, and one for the cold tap.
Twin Lever Taps
This tap features a twin lever design. This tap operates via two levers, one for hot and one for cold, so you can easily find your ideal temperature. Twin lever taps are a great option for those who're looking to add a more traditional feel in their bathroom.
Ceramic disc valve technology
The ceramic disc valve technology in the valve creates flawless water control. The seal between the two discs are polished to an almost perfect flat surface making it watertight, allowing water to stop and pass through effortlessly.
Durable solid brass build
Solid brass is known for its durability and long life in wet corrosive environments. Tap bodies made from brass will last decades, and can stand up to a lot of wear and tear. In fact, brass fixtures almost always stand up to hot water damage and other corrosive environmental factors better than any other material, including plastic and steel. Plus, its sturdiness makes it hard to damage through daily use.
Flow Rates (l/min):
- Flow rate at minimum pressure: 6.1
- Flow rate at 3 Bar: 23.8

Top quality taps, really easy to use, quick and positive feel in operation with the cartridge system replacing old taps with washers that wear (replacing my old taps that were vague to know how much force was needed to turn off and stop dripping even with new washers). Only quirk is that you move the levers outwards to turn on, so great if you like things symmetrical, but a seems a little odd having to turn one clockwise and the other anit-clockwise to turn on. It is a positive quarter turn action though so very nice in use. Connections are only just long enough to fit a large, thick, older enamel sink though, something to bear in mind with older sinks. One other point the photo doesn't show clearly, they are marked with small, thin, stylish red & blue lines on top for hot & cold identification (which I think is important).
