You have been fantastic in the delivery of your customer service. In this day and age I am constantly astounded as how many providers of service constantly fall short of expectations (and my expectations are pretty low these days), but you have restored my faith. You have been true to the letter of what you have said you can do, and have exceeded expectations. The ordering was simple, the price was phenomenal value and the delivery was on time, the lorry even arrived a little early, and the delivery chap was cheerful and massively helpful and courteous. I can honestly say I am hugely impressed with the products, price and service you have provided and am very happy for you to quote me till the cows come home. Not least of all because other businesses, in all fields, should learn that this is the way to do business. If you give customers what they need and provide a decent level of service that leaves customers happy, then you WILL succeed. That is the way to prosper - I don't begrudge a penny of what I have spent with you, in fact, it's been a total bargain. I wish you all the best in the future and will happily pass this experience on to whoever will listen.
I believe that most customers are quick enough to complain in the strongest terms if a service falls short, so why not put the same amount of effort into praise.
