    It arrived on time, and in perfect condition, thanks to very good packaging. There were no instructions, but a bit of consideration and previous experience of similar methods meant I was able to fit it with no problems (apart from having to re-find the Allen-head grubscrew several times, whilst holding the main body in place...).
