Grundfos SSR2 2.0C Single Impeller Positive Head Shower Pump - 98950218

If you’re tired of your shower not performing to the level you desire then a Grundofos shower pump might be the perfect solution. With our range of Grundfos shower pumps, you don’t need to worry about the sound of a noisy pump as their highly efficient motor is designed to be extremely quiet when in operation, allowing you to enjoy a truly relaxing shower once again.
Grundfos shower pumps are incredibly easy to install – this is something we’re sure you’re happy to hear as no one has copious amounts of time to spend trying to install a shower pump. We have included everything you will need for easy installation, meaning you can get your shower pump up and running in just a short amount of time
Positive head shower pumps are for gravity-fed systems only. As a rule, if your cold-water tank is above the shower (maybe you have a shower in a converted room downstairs) and you have a flow rate as little as 0.5 bar, then you will need a positive head shower pump.
Continuously Rated Motor
Continuously rated shower pumps effectively run until the user turns it off. This is particularly good in a family home where the shower needs to be used frequently throughout the morning or evening. A pump that isn’t continuously rated will turn itself off to allow the pump to cool, potentially causing issues with water pressure to the shower.

Very pleased with this pump. Arrived quickly and was easy to fix. Best to check that the push fit fittings are securely located other than that, all straightforward.
I use Grundfos pump a lot n it is a very good pricing at Plumbase. Good stuff solved my problem.
Very good pump no problem so far good quality for the money
After an initial leak problem the pump was quickly replaced at no cost. Pump works well with plenty of force but is very noisy. Even with a concrete base on a foam bed and in a box it is still very loud in the upstairs bathroom it is fitted and can be clearly heard in adjacent rooms. Some of the noise will be water rattling the pipes but a lot is from the impellor itself particularly when the water flow is turning off there is an annoying high pitched whine. Having said that, it works well as a pump and is easy to fit with flexible pipes. Good support from Grundfos and Plumworld customer services.
