Steel build

Steel is a great material to manufacture fires from. A steel fire won’t retain heat for quite as long as a cast iron fire but if you’re looking for something that’ll heat up fast and get the temperature of the room rising quickly then there is no better option.

Manual Control

This fire comes with a manual control. This is the cheapest form of control and is found on most entry level gas fires. It is a simple and discreet control system located behind the fire's trim on inset fires and the bottom side of outset fires. Not ideal for elderly or infirm users who have difficulty kneeling down to operate it. But an economical choice for those on a tight budget.

Flavel Gas Fires carry the peace of mind of a 7 year guarantee and the Flavel Airwatch System (on all living flame effect fires). The Airwatch cuts off the gas supply in the unlikely event of the flame being extinguished through blockage.

The 7 year guarantee is subject to terms & conditions including annual services carried out by a Gas Safe Register engineer and annual replacement of the oxy-pilot assembly (or thermocouple on balanced flue models)
