Balanced Flue Included

This unit benefits from a balanced flue system with a pre-fabricated flue included, which means that air is extracted directly from the outside and used in the fire then returned back outside. This means no extra ventilation is required, nor is there any chance of carbon monoxide poisoning making it safe for your family.

All Flavel gas fires are independently tested, approved and verified by the British Standards Institution (BSI) to meet the latest standards for performance, safety and efficiency.

Comprehensive 7 Year Guarantee

Flavel Gas Fires carry the peace of mind of a 7 year guarantee and the Flavel Airwatch System (on all living flame effect fires). The Airwatch cuts off the gas supply in the unlikely event of the flame being extinguished through blockage.

The 7 year guarantee is subject to terms & conditions including annual services carried out by a Gas Safe Register engineer and annual replacement of the oxy-pilot assembly (or thermocouple on balanced flue models)
