Column radiators. They aren’t just for older and more traditional homes, they can make a beautiful statement feature in a modern home too! These gorgeous radiators will provide your home with a touch of class and traditionalism, delivering something you would be proud to show off to your guests!
Triple bar design
Getting a radiator with sufficient output for the size of the room is essential. That’s why the triple bar design of these DuraTherm radiators provides added heat output.
Times are changing and white is no longer the go to colour choice for a radiator. If you are looking for an alternative, then anthracite might just be the colour for you. An anthracite radiator is guaranteed add a stylish modern touch to your home without going over the top.
These radiators are easy to install and designed to be positioned horizontally. This is the orientation that we’re used to seeing them in and perfect for retrofitting where an older, less efficient radiator once hung.
Getting the right material for a radiator is pretty important otherwise you risk them not running as effectively as they should. These column radiators are manufactured using high-grade, low-carbon steel. High-grade, low-carbon steel has great durability, ensuring your radiator always works as efficiently as possible.

Use an inhibitor during installation
We would always recommend using an inhibitor when installing any new radiator. An inhibitor helps to protect your central heating system from limescale and corrosion and is best used after your system has been flushed and cleaned. One will be recommended when you add the radiator to the basket.

I match this traditional column radiator with a pair of old school, brass and bakelite effect valves to be the centre piece for our hall way. This is a great product and look as good as any cast iron radiator at a fraction of the cost..I would give this product 6 stars if I could and the service from Plumbworld was great too.
