Plumbworld offered a really good selection of heated towel rails, and although my bathroom is tiny, I chose this one so that there would be plenty of room to hang towels. Its good quality, and at a reasonable price, was very good value for money.I cant really comment on the fitting, as my builder did this, but there were no problems.

A decent heated towel rail for the price. I needed to shake out a few bits of swarf before I fitted it, but otherwise no complaints.
It took a while to arrive as Plumbworld were out of stock, but their communication was excellent and I was in no rush as it was the world's longest en-suite renovation. Well it always is when you do your own for the wife. It's finished now though.
as with all my purchases from plumbworld, the merchants in my area can't beat the price and the quality of all the items I've had is sound as a pound. there follow up is second to none, they check all is well with your delivery after shipping.I have not had to use there returns as all my items have been faultless, will be shopping with them throughout 2013 and beyond

Ordered the towel rail for my new cloakroom - must admit i'm not disappointed - product looks good, was easy to install and pumps out a good amount of heat. my only slight criticism is that the valves i bought with it didn't have anything on them to indicate which way you needed to turn them to open/close them.
