This is a lovely toilet and our plumber found it was easy to fit. Excellent value for money. It was delivered quickly and on the promised day. Although very well packed the bowl was broken on delivery although we didn't notice until we unpacked it a week later. Emailed photos of the damage to Customer Services and received an immediate response advising a replacement would be sent out with no need to return damaged item. We received a replacement within 48 hours. Excellent all round....thank you Plumbworld

Shortest projection wc that I could find, with Water Council approval and with flowing lines internally to help with the flush. Neat appearance.
Prompt delivery from Plumbworld and great customer service when the original wc pan was damaged in transit - a replacement arrived within two days. Can’t ask for better than that ...

Arrived really well packed and in good time. All fittings needed included although prior to assembly the large rubber seal between tank and pan seems overlarge. Can't comment on operation as not yet installed (floor not done!) but initial check shows it should fit into existing waste pipe okay.

As an all round quality item you will find this hard to beat!
Lovely neat lines and takes a fair bit less room than a normal size loo, but strangely doesn't appear small.The soft close seat is good quality although cannot comment on the longevity of the mechanism at this time.
